City Life to Farmer’s Wife

This Blog carries stories of my transition from City Life 2 Farmers Wife. In the summer of 2010, I made the best decision I have made in a very long time. I attended my high school class’s 40th reunion. While visiting over a meal I connected with a classmate and found we had similar interests. What followed was an amazing long-distance friendship where we soon discovered that we are true Spiritual Partners. Our occasional emails became daily emails, and then multiple daily emails. After six months and a visit to Saint Louis by Randy, it quickly turned into a courtship, engagement, and we were married in July 2011 surrounded by our combined families. After commuting between St. Louis and Osborn, MO for nearly 10 months the farm called to both of our hearts. As of 12/24/2011, I became a full-time Farmer’s Wife.

I started writing the winter of 2012 and soon life became busy, we built a new house, we experienced many changes in our schedules, and I took a break from writing. Now in 2021, and moving forward into the new year, I am committed to publishing at least 1 story a month, and more if the spirit moves me.
